Responsabilitati:
Premium Porc Group, one of the largest pig producers in Romania, is looking for experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to manage and optimize overall production for 3 wean-to-finish farms producing approx. 180.000 slaughter pigs per year.

Main functions and responsibilities include:
- Manage and optimize the overall activities in the allocated farms to ensure production targets are reached.
- Lead, work closely and develop farm managers and team leaders; ensure all critical positions are covered.
- Ensure the SOP is implemented and followed accordingly.
- Responsible for the overall farms’ biosecurity program; works closely with farm managers and biosecurity team to ensure all rules are followed.
- Analyze all activities inside allocated farms and focus on continuous improvement and increasing efficiency and workers’ productivity.
- Provide support to farms managers and ensure all equipment and systems (ventilation, feeding, penning etc) are operating within optimal parameters and conditions;
Cerinte:
Ideal candidates has:
- Strong experience working with slaughterpigs with excellent production results achieved; international experience represents advantage.
- Experience in a leadership position managing large teams of people/ workers; willing to lead the way towards the best production results.
- Very ambitious individual with strong desire to continuously improve and achieve high-level production results.
- Open-minded with excellent communication skills.
- Structured approach, know how to prioritize while managing multiple balls in the air.
- Knowledge of Cloud farms/ other production management software and Microsoft Office package.
- Good skills in English, both written and spoken.
